Quotes are provided upon request based on product selection, quantity, and project requirements.

Pricing, availability, and lead times will be confirmed at the time of quote.

Orders are placed via email following review of collections and specifications. Quotes are confirmed prior to order placement. Once approved, an invoice is issued and production is scheduled. Lead times will be communicated at the time of order.

Minimum order quantities vary by style and are communicated within the collection or at the time of quote.

All trade orders are produced specifically for the approved project and are considered custom production. As such, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.

Orders are shipped upon completion of production. Shipping method, timing, and tracking details are provided at the time of dispatch. Shipping arrangements may vary based on order size and destination.

In the event of a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, written notice must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims must include: Order Number, Description of the Issue, Supporting Photographs.

Items must remain unused and in original condition while the claim is under review.

Subtle variation in tone, texture, and finish is inherent to woven textiles.
