Orders & Shipping

Our textiles are produced in measured batches to maintain material integrity and reduce excess production. When a piece sells out, preorders may be offered for the next release.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. After an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Orders that are in stock typically ship within 2-4 business days. Preorder dispatch timing will be provided at checkout.

Tracking details will be provided once dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
