The Studio

Lanaloop is a throw and bed scarf studio guided by an appreciation for material, design, and the visual languages shaped by culture and place. Our work draws from a range of influences, including the inherent qualities of materials, architectural details, craft traditions, and everyday observations. Through research and exploration, these references are translated into textile layers designed for beautiful interiors.

Materials are chosen with attention to origin and established manufacturing practices. Each piece begins with considerations of texture, weight, composition, and intended use. While natural fibers remain foundational to the studio, we thoughtfully explore additional material compositions for select trade and hospitality applications.

Our studio works closely with experienced mills and makers selected for their expertise in weaving, finishing, and material development. From fiber selection through finishing, production remains controlled to preserve quality and reduce excess inventory.
